Dermanet® is a non‑adherent wound contact layer designed to protect delicate granulation tissue and support a moist wound‑healing environment without sticking to the wound surface. Made from a fine mesh polyethylene net, it allows exudate to pass through to secondary dressings while minimizing trauma during dressing changes. It can be used dry or coated with topical ointments and is ideal for lining deep wounds, covering donor or graft sites, and protecting fragile skin throughout the healing process.
